sobe [miami]

i live in South Florida so this passed weekend a few of my girlfriends and i decided to take a day and a half trip to South Beach! we had a blast, we stayed at the posh Gansevoort hotel on Miami Beach and had lots of good food, drinks, and laughs! we also saw Busta Rhymes at the roof-top pool [random i know but i was so stoked!] and we tryed to secretely stalk and snap pics of him :) Saturday night we had dinner at STK which is a restaurant inside the hotel. they have great everyday american food with a bit of a "fancy" twist added to it. After dinner we went to LIV which is the popular club down there that is inside the Fountain Bleau hotel and ended at Louis which is the club inside the Gansevoort. Warning: South Beach is tons of fun, it is not fun for your funds $$. here are a few pics from the hotel of drinks, busta, and food :) ill post outfit pics when i upload them!

i just got these clogs this weekend and cannot wait to wear them!!!! they are very similar to the jeffrey campbell's i love so much but are much more affordable. stay tuned for the outfit posting! :)

Happy 4th of July!!!

independence day happens to be one of my favorite holidays, it takes me back to when i was younger and my gramma would dress my older sister and i in the same outfits, she hated it. my grandpa was a big 4th fan, he always got the best fireworks, which is probably why i can sit and watch the sky for hours on nights like this. this post is dedicated to all the men and women out there risking their lives everyday to keep us free! i pray you all come home safe. on a more fashionable note, here are some red white and blue pieces that will show pride and style at the same time...

vampires and vodka

two of my fellow Anthro girls and i went to go see the Twilight Trilogy on the opening night of the newest movie Eclipse and we had a blast!! Eclipse was awesome, best of the series so far!! there is a theatre in Boca that has a 21 and up area called the premier where you sit on comfy love seats and can bring your food and drinks (in this case vodka tonic and pizza) in the theatre with you. My girl Kadie and I looked like tweedle dee and tweedle dumb, unintentionally of course with the exception of the I <3 Edward shirts. I will easily see this movie 5 more times, dont judge me ;) here are a few photos from Kadie's bberry...
